Secondly, mail your original documents to :

Or alternatively, if you have efiled the documents then you may simply forward the emailed documents as attachments  to:

       info@citiserv.com.au

We shall call / email you to acknowledge receipt of the documents.

Thirdly, please provide a simple letter of instruction including your name, address, mobile number and email so we may update you with service details or for any queries. This should include relevant information that will assist us in serving the documents such as description of person being served, possibly a recent photograph, likely hours at given address, any contact telenumbers etc.

Lastly, payment must be made upfront before service commences (for those that do not have an account with us).

We can take cheque, EFT, credit card or cash (do not mail – hand to hand only).

For all subpoenas please supply payment for conduct money (usually $25 will suffice).

All photographs shall be returned with our affidavit of service.

Solicitors please provide form 1, form 2, form 3 (SEPA Act 1992) for interstate service.

Upon service of the documents our office will notify you via email / call /  text message.

Within capital city metro areas we offer 6 attempts for the one set of documents at the same address.
